As activists took to the streets in protest of the murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis police, local artists advocated for change in another powerful way. They painted murals on the walls and boarded-up windows of businesses all over the Twin Cities. Within days, hundreds of artists emerged to advocate for reform and help heal the community.
Illustrator, designer, founder of Senn and Sons creative studio and ModernWell member Kim Senn was one of those artists.
