All current and future mamas are welcome. The day will be all about pampering yourself, relaxing, prioritizing self care, and connecting with other incredible women in our community. You can expect activities such as massage, yoga, crafting, happy hour, nature walk, guided meditation, small group breakouts, and much more! We’ll also be given invaluable, personalized guidance from Therapist turned Life Coach, Jamie Paisley, on navigating mental health, boundary setting, and mom guilt. Lunch is included in addition to coffee, pastries, hors d’oeuvres, and happy hour drinks. You will leave refreshed, rejuvenated, and inspired to make time for your own needs.
