Aging well is challenging. After working with hundreds of women, we’ve discovered the keys to living well and flourishing in midlife. We’ve taken these keys and the latest science-based information and created a one-of-a-kind course that will guide you on a step-by-step journey through our Four Rock method to aging well Rebecca and Karyn as they apply their passion and skill to this new stage of life.
The time is NOW to take control of your health to:
*Manage weight, body changes, and metabolism and finally conquer them for good.
*Overcome common midlife challenges like sleep, anxiety, and self-doubt.
*Unwind the science behind food and exercise to expand healthspan.

Karyn is an Exercise Physiologist with a B.S. in Consumer Health and Fitness, an M.S. in Exercise Science, and a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She has consulted with organizations, employers, healthcare companies, and individuals on how to improve health and well-being for more than three decades. She is on a quest to teach midlife women to live well and be fit for life.
Rebecca is passionate about helping midlife women ditch dieting, simplify eating, achieve goals through a personalized approach, and find joy in food again! She holds a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, B.S. in Exercise Science, and M.P.H. in Public Health Nutrition. She is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 30 years of experience working with women and developing and implementing innovative approaches to inspire improved health and well-being.
