10/3 – Writing the Mini-Memoir with Janna Brayman
Join writer and mentor Janna Brayman in a once-monthly workshop for both writers and non-writers, we will use “writing mantras” designed to hone into the voice of our souls and cultivate mindfulness, anxiety management, clarity, healing, and power while supporting our mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health and well-being. Workshops are designed to give you a gust of inspiration, reflection, and soul-tending through the art of writing. Each month we will focus our writing for different purposes.
This happy hour workshop is for those who have always wanted to write a memoir, but have not yet made the time. If you are reading this, it’s a sign that the time is now!
During this writing experience for writers and non-writers, you will be guided through a series of writing mantras that will allow you to distill and illuminate the settings, characters, plot, and point of view that drives your story.
You will leave with an organic, gorgeous mini-memoir to both honor yourself and your path on this earth.
Though we will be writing in community, sharing is always optional.
Your story is powerful. No one before you and no one after you has or will ever live your story. Honor it. Embrace it. Write it and celebrate it.
