
6/6 Writing & Soul-Tending with Janna Brayman
Join writer and mentor Janna Brayman in a once-monthly workshop for both writers and non-writers, we will use “writing mantras” designed to hone into the voice of our souls and cultivate mindfulness, anxiety management, clarity, healing, and power while supporting our mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health and well-being. Workshops are designed to give you a gust of inspiration, reflection, and soul-tending through the art of writing. Each month we will focus our writing for different purposes.
Each workshop is independent–show up for one, two, or all–and will be $50 for a 1 1/2 hour writing experience guaranteed to give you a monthly lift of inspiration, reflection, and soul-tending through the exquisite art of writing. You do not need to be a ModernWell member to attend.

Monday, September 5, 5pm-6:30pm: Writing and healing from trauma
Monday, October 3, 5pm-6:30pm: Writing the mini-memoir
Monday, November 7, 5pm-6:30pm: Writing and self-care
Monday, December 5, 5pm-6:30pm: Writing and self-love
